Hi, I’m Rebecca. I am a master’s level Art Therapist and Professional Counselor with a passion to journey with individuals experiencing grief and loss, maternal and postpartum issues, and identity formation following trauma and loss. My desire is to provide a safe space for grieving, healing and transformation amidst the throws of trauma, grief and loss. I work collaboratively with my clients using trauma informed approaches, paired with art therapy, to achieve client specific treatment goals. I am here to hold hope for your story, your journey and partner with you in finding transformation following hardship.
Through HeartSpace Wellness Studio, I am available to provide group art therapy sessions for healthcare organizations and workshops and presentations for workplace wellness.
Credentials
Rebecca is certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Prior to pursuing her therapy degree, Rebecca worked as a birth and postpartum doula previously holding certifications as a Birth Doula (IDI) and Postpartum Doula (DONA).
